Remigration: General Principle
Remigration is the organized return of persons who lack or lose a lawful basis to remain, combined with voluntary-return policy, strict enforcement of residence conditions and review of status obtained through fraud or qualifying irregularity.
Position
Restore Europa treats immigration status as conditional upon lawful admission, compliance with the conditions of residence, public order and, where applicable, successful integration. Remigration is not defined as removal on the basis of race alone; it operates through legal status, immigration history, criminal conduct, fraud, security grounds and clearly defined residence conditions.
Policy
- Enforce final return decisions against persons with no lawful right to remain.
- Use voluntary return where realistic and compulsory return where the legal basis for residence has ceased.
